Cancellation policy Maneluxe hair studio is solely an appointment-based studio and I please ask of my clients that you respect my cancellation and no-show policy. All bookings require a card on file I allow a 48 hour cancellation at no charge. Failure to cancel your upcoming appointment past 48 hours wiill be charched 50% of services booked No-Shows will be charged 100% of your services booked. While I understand that life happens, please keep in mind that I rely on appointments and I’m very understanding of having to reschedule with advanced notice. CONFIRMING YOUR APPOINTMENT 🖤Please confirm your appointment when you receive the email/text. 🖤If your appointment is not confirmed 24hrs prior to your scheduled time and I reach out personally to confirm and do not receive a response, you appointment will be cancelled. NO CALLS/NO SHOWS: You will be charged the FULL AMOUNT of your services booked if you are a no call/no show to the card on file. If your card doesn’t go through or I don’t receive payment via cash app/Venmo, you will be banned from booking. NO EXCEPTIONS. PAYMENT I accept payment by zelle, CC or cash only. If you must use your credit/debit card, there is a 3.5% processing fee.
